The Landlord and Tenant Board has an online Internet function that gives you access to the status of your application as well as information about the hearing. You must enter your file number (e.g. TSL-00123) and the postal code of the building on the application (e.g. M2G 2E5). The Board does not provide information about the names of the parties or agents via the Internet.

Update - April 27, 2009

Please Note: The Board is introducing a new computer system to process its applications. If your application was processed using the Board's new system, you will not be able to use this Internet function to see the status of your application.

You can tell if your application was processed using the new system by your file number. If your file number has a year code at the end (e.g. TSL-00123-09) it was processed using the new system and you will not be able to use this function.

This function should be available for applications processed in our new system within a couple of months. In the meantime, you can still contact our Call Centre for an update on the status of your application.
